Cut fruit and vegetables with this compact but professional vegetable slicer. It comes with a large inlet and five slicer discs. With its large inlet and one speed you can slice between 60 and 450kg of fruit and vegetables in one hour. This slicer is perfect for professional kitchens, food trucks and restaurants.

Before you can start cooking, you need to first do the food preparation. Cutting and slicing fruit and vegetables by hand can be time-consuming. With this professional vegetable slicer, you can quickly and efficiently cut slices, cubes, chips or julienne.

Compact table model

Start by washing the vegetables and fruits if necessary. Carefully select the required slicer and close the cover. Plug in the machine and push the green button to start the vegetable slicer. Lift the handle and place the vegetables and fruits in the round inlet. Push the handle down and use the food pusher to guide the vegetables/fruits towards the cutting discs. The handlebar is equipped with a safety switch, this switch will automatically stop the machine when you move the handle bar up or down. When you are done cutting the food, press the red button to turn off the machine. With the different cutting discs that come with this machine, you can slice almost any item exactly the way you need it. This machine includes cutting disks of 5, 3 and 1,5mm as well as graters of 3 and 5mm. Additional slicers like julienne slicers and dicing grids for cutting fries are also available on our website (please select slicer discs VC750). For making dices, the dicing grid should be combined with a standard slicer disc in the same size. The same also applies for cutting fries with the french fries disc.

Easy to clean

To maintain good hygiene, it’s important to thoroughly clean any appliance that comes into contact with food. This machine’s robust and easy-to-clean aluminum housing with stainless steel sheet metal, can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The loose parts of the machine can be cleaned in warm, soapy water. After washing, make sure to dry everything thoroughly and apply a little vegetable oil to the cutting discs for proper maintenance.
