This combi steam oven has a large production capacity, thanks to its capacity for 6 x 1/1 GN trays or 6 x bakerynorm (60 x 40cm) trays. With the digital controls you can set the desired temperature, steam level and the timer. It also has 99 preset programmes to choose.

User-friendly control panel

This combi steam oven has powerful stainless steel heating elements to ensure complete and efficient heat distribution, so that meat and fish cook evenly. In addition, the combi steam oven is equipped with two fans with a reverse function and double athermic glazing. The door is very easy to adjust, and the door seal is made from food-grade silicon. An interior light makes it easy to see how far you are in the cooking process. This appliance comes with a water inlet with valve for steam production, as well as a water outlet. It is a completely customisable machine with a simple digital display and touch buttons. Multiple preset programmes are available with three adjustable phases, including steam level, temperature and time. You can adjust the preset programmes by using the phase button. It is also possible to adjust a preset programme and to store it in the combi steam oven memory.

Effortless cleaning

Before cleaning a combi steam oven, it's important to ensure that it has cooled down completely. The housing, door and inner chamber are made from stainless steel and have rounded corners. This makes cleaning very easy. A soft cloth, warm water and a mild detergent can be used to wipe the smooth surfaces quickly and thoroughly. To clean the door glass, you only need warm water.
