Mixing meat in this stainless steel meat mixer is very easy: simply open the lid and fill the reservoir with the desired amount of meat or fish. The reservoir has a capacity of 50 litres and is suitable for processing 35 to 43kg of meat or fish. After you have added your meat, you can add spices such as herbs, nuts or vegetables. To mix everything well, turn the handle until you have reached the right texture for your meat or filling. The meat mixer can turn in two directions.
