Place the ring of the rotisserie on the outer edge of the barbecue. Place 2 AA batteries in the rotating mechanism and thread the meat on the spit. Make sure that the meat hooks are well pressed into the meat, because they ensure that the meat stays in place and rotates on the spit. Place the spit in the rotating mechanism and turn on the rotating mechanism. Close the lid of the barbecue and the rotisserie turns gradually.
