The handles of the lid and the frying basket are heat-resistant and safe to use. The deep fryer also has overload protection and is equipped with a cold zone. This means that the protected heating element is suspended about 2cm above the bottom of the fryer. The oil under the heating element is cooler so crumbs are less likely to burn. This allows oil to stay fresher for longer.

Easy cleaning
